Thank you for your feedback. I’m so sorry that our services did not satisfy your expectations. Mother’s Day is the busiest day of the year for us and because there was no mention of delivery time we can only guarantee delivery on the selected day.

Hello Eileen,
The images online show one version of a bouquet with many different colored flowers, they do not represent the exact color scheme of the bouquet. We often sell out of flowers of certain colors, and we usually switch them out with the same flower or filler but in a different color. You cannot expect every single flower you receive to be completely identical to the image you see online, it is unreasonable to expect us to be able to match the colors entirely. You still received the correct value amount of flowers that you paid for in the end. Thank you.

Flowers never delivered to hospital recipient when ordered. I had to call and they had to find the order and deliver next day. Credit card I ordered with was compromised and needed to be canceled with bank. Would not order on line again.
The flowers that were finally delivered were lovely though.

I was horrifically disappointed in the basket that I ordered. Paying $102 for what was delivered was a total rip off and I promise to never use your services again, nor anyone who I might persuade. I have not decided whether to post a negative review as yet. I got a total of 9 apples and grapes. I believe I am entitled to some sort of reimbursement for what has proven to be a bad experience. The loved one I sent it to said it was almost laughable once they realized what was paid.

My son lives in Utah and he's been sending me flowers on special occasions for several years. He only uses Bayside Florals & Plants because their flowers have always been fresh and last over a lengthy period of time. For the most part the roses have been absolutely beautiful. They stay erect and they open gradually so that we get to enjoy them day after day. However we never receive a preservative with the flowers and I wonder why. I always feel, though I change the water and cut the stems, that I'm denying the flowers some special care.

I ordered a balloon to go with the plant and they forgot to include it. I called and they refunded my money for the balloon but i would've liked to have it with the plant during the delivery. Also a leaf on the plant was cut in half it made it look ugly.I was impressed with this florist. It's website is deceiving.

Only one detail, had I not had confirmation from my niece I would have thought the plant was delivered five days later than it was supposed to be, when you sent the email confirmation of delivery it read "your plant was delivered today".
